Author. Researcher. Mum of two reflux babies.
I know what it’s like to be told “they’ll grow out of it” while your baby is screaming in pain and you’re running on two hours of sleep.
That’s why I created this space — to offer what I needed when I was in it: calm guidance, honest answers, and support that actually makes a difference.
In the Clinic, I bring everything I’ve learned from a decade of research, thousands of clients, and my own lived experience.
