It feels like no-one has any answers and you cannot accept for one second more that there is nothing you can do to help your baby.

Not only is it distressing seeing them in so much pain, it's excruciatingly painful to hear that you have to "wait for them to grow out of it". Surely this is not the way? Surely there must be a better answer?

I want to let you know that I've experienced that frustration, and almost all of my clients have too. And there IS a way, there ARE answers. 

In October 2023 Olga emailed me to request access to our parents group, after enrolling in the Reflux-Free Baby course. She wrote:

The way I support you is by guiding you through the causes of reflux, how they present, and what your baby's combination of symptoms means for their reflux. And then, based on this, we figure out the plan of action that will help them.
