Across the world there are hundreds of thousands of children in pain, with reflux and digestive pain that isn’t going away, and no-one seems to be able to explain to their parents why they suffer so badly, so much or how to help them.
I was one of these parents with both of my daughters.
In the depths of despair 7 years ago, when I was being told it was my fault, I knew there had to be a better answer.
There is always an answer to baby reflux,
always an answer for an unsettled baby.
For the last six years I have continued working on the theories I developed with my own children, found the scientific evidence that explained a lot of why they continued to suffer, combined this with a diploma in Nutrition for Food Allergies and Intolerances and have created a process by which every child, every family gets an answer.
When it comes to treating people, we must look at everyone as an individual. And so what I teach is the process to support babies with reflux, how to find out what those underlying causes are and then what we can do to help these children be free from pain and be comfortable in their own bodies.
The passion that ignited from my desire to help my own babies has grown into a mission to create healthier humans for generations to come, empowering parents and professionals along the way.
That is the Baby Reflux Lady mission.

The health of our babies is everything. The beginnings of a fabulous life.
The longer the western system doesn’t support it, the worse future generations will be and we get to change that.
Babies do not need to suffer in pain.
It is my mission to facilitate that change, I cannot do it alone, so I am rallying the troops and building a powerful movement of Baby Reflux Specialists to change the landscape.
Because the system is not doing enough right now.
